MID-Season Driver Movements !!

BRITEK - PORTER to drive in NZ round and replace Jose in Britek Team !!
Is this permanent - will have to wait and see

PMM - Driver swap Gur to run

SCAR - GM to get back into hot seat

Not really a driver swap at Britek in New Zealand.

Porter is racing his Hydraulink VZ Commodore, prepared by his Msport team, renting the #26 licence off Britek for that meeting.

The driver 'rotation' at Britek is between Fernandez and Ricciadello

from whats been said on other forums I think Porter is just using the Britek license for NZ, much like Jack Perkins using the SCAR licence at the GP.

Well the rotation is at Britek as only Luff will represent them at NZ and maybe at others also - Jose is out of NZ at this stage I am told.

This news is almost as old as a HDTLE!!!!

Britek- Porter to lease Britek entry for NZ only. After NZ, Jose will share rounds with Ricciardello.

PMM- Gurr & Coulthard to alternate all season

GM back at SCAR- No brainer that one!!!!

Murphy getting his ride back isnt really a movement cos he never lost his ride.... SCAR wasnt able to have their car ready for AGP so they let jack perkins use the slot with one of daddy perkins' spare cars....

And the 99 Placemakers cup car. Hopefully another Carrera Cup Championship could be coming his way if all goes to plan.

Ok so this is how it goes

PMM- Coulthard and Gurr are going to be alternating all season

SCAR - Murphy back to regain his seat (which we all knew)

Britek- Porter will be driving in place of the Britek entry for NZ only, is there a possibility this could continue?

Well I am able to see that what HDTLE said was different, in ways relevant to the thread. This isn't going to get us anywhere though

I think that it is an excellent thing the rotating of drivers. It gives the young guys experience in the main game. Well done PMM and Britek

Not a case of 'letting' Jack use the slot - the franchise agreement required car #51 at the GP & that was the best deal for Weel.

.... is the 'daddy' tag a case of green with envy or just there is no 'daddy' Malik ??

SCAR was offered a car rent free for testing but was to come back as delivered!
Their was two options and the best money deal wasn't chosen

Fernandez has a full season drive with Britek. I don't know where Ricciardello has come from.

There was a release around somewhere... Mr Ricciardello is running Darwin, Perth, Sandown, Bathurst and one other round (old age getting to me)
