Fuel at Spa?
I'm off to Spa to race my Mk2 Golf this week.
I normally use Tesco Momentum 99 in my race car but my local Tesco forecourt is closed for a refurb. Does anyone know what octane rating the fuel is in the paddock at Spa? Failing that, can I get Shell V Power or similar in the area? |

Total 98 or 95 plus diesel in the paddock and at the garage nearby. You can get 102 if you nip into Germany but I think in Belgium you'll be stuck with 98 max.

The Aral/BP Ultimate 102 sold in Germany is actually 98 I think.

You can always fill up in France, it seems a lot of the Belgian rallydrivers go there for the 102 fuel, so I guess it must be quite easy to find.

The 102 usually comes out around 101/102,below that there would be an uprising! Doesn't John in the village have a high octane pump? Shame I cant get a 40ltr drum in the car, could have nipped it over.
