Motors TV - V8 Supercars Coverage

I watched the V8 Supercars tonight on Motors TV and was shocked by how bad the coverage is! I have not seen it for a while so not sure if it is always like this now?

First, I looked on Motors website about 6pm and it said it started at 7:15pm and yet when I turned on the TV it had started at 7pm so I missed all the start.

They cut to adverts mid sentence several times with no warning.

The races had massive gaps in them that were unexplained. In race 1 it went to an advert with Whincup down in about 4th or 5th and yet when it came back he was in the lead and everyone had pitted? In race 2, there was a safety car on lap 1 or 2 and yet when it came back from the advert this was a different safety car after at least 15 laps of the race!

The story was so broken up and badly edited it was unreal. Does anyone else feel the same or am I being fussy?!

Blame MotorsTV!! They probably cut up what they were given or only paid for an edited package. The coverage here in Australia was first class and one of the best weekend's live motorsport

The Sunday coverage (1:30 pm here) was full as-live and under interrupted. The highlights show is usually pretty roughly done in comparison, and last year was all we had most of the time. Hopefully the same day coverage is to continue all season, and is well worth watching out for.
