Quali two was wierd, it was raining, and the then it really started raining and the times went faster until they started slowing again - perhaps the wet's just came into their element, Quali 2 was stopped with 3mins to go when someone spun at Clarke Curve - the rain had stopped, all the cars were on the track and the sun was beating down, could've been a great end to the session

I agree - it is strange that they would stop as conditions improve. It seems that Dirani has not been performing very well recently which is a shame after the start of the season. I guess we'll have to wait and see what happens tomorrow.

Not much point in re-starting with less than 3 minutes to go in session 2.
In session 1 Parente's time was less than a couple of tenths away from a 100mph average - around Knockhill! |

Foxy - 3mins at knockhill is 2 flying laps at least!
Could've shaken up the grid a bit |

Álvaro!!!! Yeaaaaaaah!
Grandé! oh wow oh wow, where is he in the championship standings now?? IMO, I expected Dan Clarke to go out, and I suppose he hit Kimball, right? It's such a damn shame that I couldn't go. :'( |

Just back - In race 1 Clarke was hittee not hitter according to independent witnesses down at Duffis er Seat curves (sheesh!) I couldn't really see what happened from the middle but went down and asked, anyway he went out on lap 1, made up for it a bit in race 2 mind. Parente stormed the weekend. and Conway would have been done for passing Asmer under yellows in race 2 had he not had his engine go. ryan lewis looked fast when he could keep the car on the track and lastly stopping Q2 with three mins left was criminal...
Good weekend all round, weather was a bit iffy and affected both grids to a degree. |

What happened to Senna in race 2? It seems that it is more amazing to see him finish a race rather than his position!

The car didn't leave the pitlane, so it was not his fault at all. Some problem with the engine, but I'm not sure if it was mechanical or electrical (as Bridgman had at Croft).
