from what i can gather Johna has bought Jan Van Loons old Focus shell, and made it RWD spec. Should be entertaining.

I talked to someone of the Van Mechelen team yesterday. Patrick suffered some problems with his car the last race. They are looking for solutions. This weekend they'll decide whether to drive or not.

Strange, Division 3 is more the same as supermodified then Division 2...

Division 2, 3 and supermodified should be racing together. Not?

Andreas Bakkerud is in supermodifieds with a division 1a spec car.

Yeah, Bakkerud came to test his Div 1A car, so i don't think he'll want to play with the big boys....

Weren't there some more British Div 1A cars out in the field? I heard several stories about people building them, but i don't find any on the entry list...

And you better leave the European Classes untouched, mix up Div 3 and SuperMod instead... satisfaction garantueed

I thought Chris Evans was back in the British Ch'ship this year? No sign of him on the list so far.

Very difficult to pick a winner in supercar. My guess would be one of the following;

Pauwels
Pat
Liam (in the C4)
Proctor
Hill
Binks (in Pat's other Fiesta)
Kuypers
Coox

That's 8 which could be the A final grid. What a prospect!

I thought Bakkerud may have been more to do with grid numbers. Put him in Div 1a, and you have 11, which isnt great when running heats of 5. Still, def agree that supermod and Div 3 should be mixed.

It's not just the numbers of the supercars that's good, but the quality. There must be 13 or 14 cars there capable of an A Final! I assume we are having a Superfinal too.. wow!

And the Swifts look promising... some great names in there, could be very interesting.

And you still missed the best driver in the field! Michaël De Keersmaecker for the outright win even though i'd love to see Procter or Liam win it. Its going to be a cracking weekend so many cars!! What i'd like to see is Julian Godfrey use the S1600 engine, head to head with Bakkerud. I think Bakkerud will be ERC 1a champ if he can hold off the ruskies. ;-)

Another question is, if we are "adopting the Euro", they only have 6-car Finals. I'd rather stick with the pound on this and keep 8...
