I think the idea of dedicated (even PAID!) teams doing all the recoveries has merit. From what I've read here & seen myself, the recovery teams vary from excellent to bloody awful, depending on the event.
Time to get the best guys all together to do the whole circus. I'm sure AVESCO could find the dollars somewhere, hell, why not get a sponsor for the recovery teams like they do at Indy.
