Any interlopers coming out to play, thereby taking advantage of two races for £165 into the bargain?
The only one I know of - so far - is Nick Lay

I warned you all on 28th May in a thread called "NW FF1600 31st JULY - Island Circuit " about booking early.

BUT .... That was when MSV had it scheduled for Fosters. Island allows more cars. I have just spoken to Oulton and as at 10.15a.m. there are 3 full day spaces available.

Phoned just now, testing is full AGAIN. I'm first on the reserve list!

There is testing next Friday but my car won't be put back together again etc. by then.

If soemthing comes up by early next week I'll do it, or I'll enter the NI races at Silverstone, or stain my summerhouse.

You'll get in as 1st reserve OK. People always have problems that curtail their testing. There might be a pull out before the day, in which case job cracked.
On the day, there is plenty of 'vulture culture'. i.e. "Oh dear, you have crashed / blown your engine, what a pity" etc. "BTW, can I have your wristband please?"
See you there.

Extra chance to get your £50 Registration fee back - Even though this extra race at Oulton on is not a proper championship race, it will still qualify as a race to notch up the 5 NW FFord races you need to get your full refund. If you are still f*rting about and can't make up your mind whether to enter or not then I hope this might help you make the right decision.

Nice one Seamus. It is very good this season what with your BWD Rensburg registration refund scheme, Opal's two grand entry fee rebate scheme and this free race entry event. The NW is the place to be.

BTW JD, I don't think your expensive foray last year could be blamed on Oulton, rather on that mysterious female that wanders around. Have you met Miss D Gear?
Or were you miffed that blowing up in qualifying did you out of two chances to crash in the races
