Despite reports/rumours Jetalliance will be there with the Lotus - they have pulled out of the Silverstone 24hr (same weekend) for that reason

As for Level 5, Marino shook down the old European based Lola coupe for Level 5 way back before Spa so Marino has worked with the team before. He also has a lot of experience with the ARX-01. It seems that Bouchut and Barbosa will drive the ILMC car with Diaz and Marino in the 2nd car. I would have to assume that Tucker will designate the ILMC car as being the one he will score points with. |

According to Endurance-Info, David Hallyday will be driving in one of the Luxury Racing Ferraris at Petit, no word as to which one (but most likely car 58).

Two changes from the Scrutineering Schedule previously published;
Gone, as mentioned above, is the 04 Robertson Racing Ford GT from GT, and the GMG Racing Porsche from GTC. Last edited by cbbrit; 21 Sep 2011 at 16:21. |

Makes me wonder who, if anyone, will pick up the NA WEC rights and who gets priority to broadcast Sebring/PLM (assuming they are on the calendar). |

Entry List question Why wouldn't the #40 Robertsons Ford and the #44 Flying lizard be in GT Am category? |

Because all the regular ALMS GT entries are in GT Pro (which is actually just GT on the entry list - that probably signifies something)

Is there any more information about why the 2nd Robertson car has been withdrawn? and why no 3rd driver listed with the lovely couple?

I wouldn't be surprised if David Murry joins them as he did at Sebring and Le Mans. But Anthony Lazzaro or Boris Said could also be available.

Because there are regional specific shows, Eurosport France probably didn't have any live shows lined-up.

Why on earth would they do that, does Neiman really wanna stand on the podium that much? In terms of numbers GT2 is the only healthy class in the series, GTE-AM would be just another pointless 4-entry category.

The Robertsons future is uncertain, sponsorship or pay drivers maybe easier to come by if they were competing for their own prize in GTE-Am. As you see in Europe a few teams now run a Pro and Am car, I think that would be of interest to any team who isn't funded directly by the factory. |

I wonder if they have had enough 'interest' that they could contemplate doing this and getting rid of GTC-still having a full grid, the numbers made up by the GT AM group. I don't have an issue following multi-classes, but I keep hearing it is an impediment to the interest of newbe people, and weirdly to me it seems more of a challenge to explain Pro vs Am, then prep levels.

The car numbers on the entry list are a bit odd. Autocon and Genoa are running 9s in front of their regular number as expected, but Risi has a 0 (062). I guess they did not want to be 962! I don't know why they changed the numbering from Sebring, although I think it makes sense to not at a 0 when it is not needed. I don't know why 0s became 9s in some cases though.
