Renault Megane Coupe
Just wondered if anyone on here could give me some ideas/help. Had the car for 3 years and now it is mis-firing and cutting out. When it cuts out I get a RED "STOP" light and Engine Management light and the Amber engine management flashes. Changed Plugs and Ignition coils 6-7 month ago.

When it cuts out those lights will come on anyway ! . Stick a reader in the diagnostic socket as it could be several things including dodgy fuel, you could have some diesel in it !!!!!

As Gordon says, get a diagnostic check done. If the warning lights are coming on there will be fault codes stored in the system - much cheaper in the long run to read those rather than throwing random parts at it in the hope that the problem will go away!
