According to jp.motorsport.com,
Honda NSX-GT trouble at Okayama was caused by faulty purchased parts.
Breaking of wire of the parts is trouble cause. Lot unit failure.

Autosport magazine reports Masaaki Bandoh (GTA) interview.
*Suspension upright might be unification parts in 2018.
*DTM manufacturers are requesting technological disclosure of 3 years ahead NRE engine.
*We would like to unify parts and share the technology and the development cost by 6 manufacturers.

Technological disclosure of NRE engine would be argument.
NRE is one of the core technology of Japanese motorsport industry.
However, DTM manufacturers don't like to use money on NRE development.
Without technical disclosure, DTM would not introduce NRE.

Bandoh says that Japanese manufacturers would like to do technical competition, but German manufacturers would like to race by equal condition.

There is a problem in sector 1 time. (inferior in engine power)

Honda NSX-GT
Vamping in the braking time. And rear tire doesn't grip.
When these are canceled by set up, it'll be an understeering.

This is Tachikawa's 9th career pole at Fuji (most all-time), 22nd career pole in total (most all-time), and with the bonus point, he's now the third driver to score 1,000 career championship points (M. Nitta, S. Motoyama are the other two).

#360 RunUp GT-R had a hard crash in practice, last update is that it was in transit to Tomei Sports' garage in Oyama near the circuit. They're what we'd call a "game time decision" in American football terms to take the start on Thursday, from 29th on the grid if they do so.

Unfortunately, the #50 INGING/Arnage Ferrari has withdrawn before Wednesday practice, the damage from Okayama too great to be repaired in time for the 500km.

GT500 is a little closer than rd.1 and gt300 has a really close battle with the top 5 or so cars.
