Thanks Tourer for that. I could not find it in the public documents.
I knew I had heard of it over the years but was just interested in what it actually said.

peckstar stated clearly it was in the Operations Manual.

When I quite reasonably asked where he responded "I HAVE NO INTEREST IN LOOKING IT UP"

It's posters such as him that give forums a bad name.
