A help file?
Is there anything like a "help file" for this forum? I mean, something that could explain many of those "how do I...".

Hey ljakse !
Sounds like what you need is the FAQ (look for the link just up above - right below the 10 Tenths graphics). There's lots of really helpful stuff in there, however it's not totally exhaustive. When you get stuck, just ask - there's lots of people around here who will be only too happy to help. There are also some old threads right here in this Q/S/F forum that may answer some of the questions! Hope this helps!

Yes, I've checked FAQ before I've posted this one, but there are only some explanations. I really can't remember any specific example right now, but I know I've been stacked a few times with something, then first gone to FAQ, and after that spent app. 30 min. searching for it in Q/S/F, ending without an answer, and then trying to do something different.
