If it is true, it should only be that there will be no access through the gate - if you are in, you're in. I seem to remember something like this a couple of years ago - I think it was to prevent excess night traffic through the local villages...!?

From memory the gates were closed from 11pm last year. I think they also said no vehicle movements (off track obviously) after that time as well.
