GT1 and GT2 top speed (at Monza)
Hi!
Does anyone knows what are the top speeds of GT1 and GT2 cars at Monza? I've been searching it for quite a while and I found this: http://www.fiagt.com/system/_download.php?key=197 There is a column there - max-vel, that shows speed, but is it top speed? Why do I ask? Because according to this, top speed for MC12 is about 287 kph and for F430 it's about 275 kph. Is the difference really that small? GT1 cars are a lot more powerfull, so I'm suprised to see only 12 kph advantage. But maybe the speed trap isn't situated at the end of the straight, maybe the speed is measured somewhere else, I don't know. If you know something, please reply, thank you. |

First,welcome to 10tenths thuGG!
 About the V-max at Monza,I reckon the difference between GT1 and GT2 is mainly in acceleration and not so much in topspeeds. At Le Mans the differences aren't that big too. |
