Scottish Billy should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Alistair Naismith

As many of you are aware Alistair (Doune treasurer and Mallock driver) had a reacurance of his brain tumor recently and I am pleased to report that I am just back from visiting him in hospital where he was sitting up in bed with a most impressive scar (many staples!) and a bigger space in his head where they have removed this latest visitor. He hopes to be out on Thusday or Friday and is awaiting biopsy results. He asks that you spread this news as much as possible and hopes to be helping? George at Shelsley in August or more likely enjoyingy the Chevron Bar!

It was great to see Alistair looking well and enjoying Doune the other day.

Get well soon.

Please give Alistair my best wishes for a speedy recoverey from the surgery and I look forward to seeing him again later in the season.

I'm home now, 29 Staples in my nut this time.
Going to get some chemo as well in a month's time, should be OK. Thanks for all the kind words, and thanks, Billy, for the mag full of breasts.
Had a visit from Simon Frost the other night, but he didn't bring any magazines at all.
Brain surgery. Piece of ****.

Glad they didn't remove the sense of humour!

I can't believe that Simon Frost, you would have thought a Doctor would know exactly the right sort of reading material to get you upright!

The best you're likely to get out of Simon these days is a "Cycling Weekly" or somesuch.
