Aim mxl ousts dash/ single seaters
I am thinking of fitting a AIM dash to a Van Diemen single seater... Does anyone have any experience of these and if you can see the dash Ok through the Momo steering wheel. Any advice appreciated..

Im using a motec mdd.... we had to make a new carbon panel as i could not see dash as the wheel interfered .. so we bought the mdd forward until i could see it .

Yes, no issues at all. We run an 11" momo (half wheel, no rim at the top) on a superkart kart with the MXL mounted behind it. It cannot be mounted on the wheel as the internal accelerometer does not like it for obvious reasons.

I believe it is illegal to run the half wheel / no rim at top in UK single seaters? Obv if I can run this - then the AIM dash is no probs - I am assuming you can't ...
