V8Supercars & Motoring Safety
Nice to see This Article in yesterday's Daily Telegraph.
Mr Skaife has an ambassadorial role to play in the wider world, grounded in his V8Supercar and Group 'A' racing histories, that doesnt get much used in public for furthering important causes... |

Not to mention a very ugly Porsche in his driveway.

Good, but he shouldn't be using his kids for publicity shots

It would appear Mr Skaife might be doing quite well, if that is his actual driveway (and Porsche) pictured.
Only two years ago it was reported he was headed for the poor house. Hopefully he has managed to get himself 'back on track'. |

Haha, Skaifey was never on the skids. HRT was racking up enormous bills to Walkinshaw Performance. Once Uncle Tom kindly took that off his hands, absolving him of all debt, he carried on making six figures a year.
On its own his two years of co-driving with Lowndes would have paid for the car in the driveway. Add in his media and business earnings, M. Skaife (as he calls himself) is doing very nicely as he has done for over 20 years. |
