A bit surprised they are going back to Newcastle.This year they are only having 2 races canning the reverse grid race presumably because big crash damage is pretty much guaranteed.In the past they tried not to be put on program at Surfers or Homebush(not always successfully) for that reason.

Probably best not to run TCM on street circuits at all.

I agree, the problem is though that TCM are a popular support category with the fans, so the promoters want them at their big events, which are mainly all street circuits..

I seem to recall reading they have to be log booked as Sports Sedans, certainly not as a Historic category.... they are not mentioned on the HRCC category list.
