[Rules] FIA sets new F1 rules for 2014

I'm actually surprised there wasn't a thread about this already, as the article is several days old as I post.

Highlights of the new rules:
- Drivers accumulate points for incidents on-track, and could lead to license suspension.
- Reductions in windtunnel and CFD work for testing.
- Four two-day track tests will be allowed in season in place of the current eight one-day promotional days and the three-day young driver test.
- For safety reasons, all team personnel working on a car in a race pit stop will be required to wear head protection.
- Gearboxes must last for 6 races instead of 5.

Interesting stuff.

Gearboxes to last for 6 races instead of 5 may be because the turbo engine will have more torque and the ERS will also add to that torque output and it will be used much more often than it's being used now.

Also good to see that there will be more actual car testing and less virtual car testing.
