No more racing for me!

Listen up guys, I'm afraid I have to go. I have got a wierd old disease of the brain, called PSP which stands for Progressive Supra-Nuclear Palsy. It affects my balance badly and I fell 4 times last week. This week I haven't fallen but it is affecting me quite a lot. They say (the experts) that it. Flip sake, My Typing is so slow that I forget what I am going to say before I can type it!!!!!!!!!! Anyway, no race licence now although I am attending a rallysprint next week in the hope that I would have something competitive to go out in and no race Licence required. I still intend to watch what is going on on this site, but at the speed this thing is catching me up I may not post again. So I thought I would let you know while I can. My spirits are good and I still do 30 situps every morning and evening and I will continue with those as long as I can. All the very best to everyone and kindest regards from me. Over and out.
Jeff.

Bloody hell, what a bummer. Makes my problems seem very small. Stay with us for as long as you can and all my prayers for the future. Good luck.

So very sorry to read of your news Jeff and Claire and I wish you the very best - we don't forget your early support for us and 360MRC.
Since suffering similar symptoms to yours (but from a different cause), I have more empathy than you can imagine. I know how difficult it is but keep your chin up.

Gutted for you Jeff

Probably not a lot I can say that has not already been said, so keep the chin up and hopefully I might see you in Mondello or Kirkistown during the season.

Take care mate

Heck that's a shock to hear.

I can only echo all the comments already made and wish you luck with however things develop - hopefully a reversal of the problem if such a thing is possible.

Life seems to take some odd and sudden turns as we get older. 25 this year (again, like the rest of you). It seems a difficult age to traverse.
