Q re Keating's invite: requirement for the invite to be granted is a full season entry in one of the ACO endorsed series, does it have to be the car, team or driver? Keating has already stated he's not planning extra WEC rounds with his 'team' and car so maybe they'll enter the ELMS?? Or is VisitFlorida's car the one fulfilling the requirement (in IWSC)???

At the 24h of Daytona, Nicolas Lapierre has said that DragonSpeed wants to do Le Mans this year, with the Oreca Gibson. He also said that he will drive for Signatech Alpine again, but that was already confirmed.

G-Drive confirmed full-season entry, run by TDS for Rusinov/Thiriet. Third seat is possibly Will Stevens.

Hirakawa is an exciting prospect for the third Toyota if it happens. With all those works P1 drivers without a drive it makes sense they also grab someone with some pace and experience. Duval would have been ideal. Maybe Jarvis could be a candidate with his Super GT links?

All VAG LMP1 drivers are banned to test or drive for a other LMP1 manufactor like Toyota by their contracts. So Duval, Jarvis, DiGrassi, etc. are out of business.

Most likely it will be Sarrazin | Hirakawa | Derani.

YES.

One of Duval's DTM dates clashes with LM (Hungary IIRC), so he's out even if he wanted to and wasn't banned (first I've heard of specific no-VAG clause though).

I'd still say a certain Brundle would also be a fine shout, amongst a few other quick, young drivers.
