Also much lighter and in new sponsers colours due to an offer i could not refuse so thats why i am back out next year in the escort and prosponed my retirement.

Can anyone tell me where I can download registration forms and techninical regs for the series as all links from the TRC site seem to be dead. Car is in the workshop now so want to fettle it correctly within the rules.

Thanks gentlemen that gives me something to work on.

I see no 2006 registration form posted as yet hopefully someone will post on here when thats ready.

Also I see no mention of bumpers and their sub assemblies, brackets etc. I assume it can be taken as read that these can be removed? Can anyone clarify. I am talking about a class B car here.

Good news folks, the last of the Eric,I mean rice went today ,and Tim your position is safe, the protege goes off to Greece to do what all 21 year olds should do,study Greek mytholigy in April.
Not doing anything with the cars so far, looking foreward to a dull offseason patch, may do a bit on the Fiesta, change the engine in the Escort and do a little bit of bodywork, will see.
A happy, healthy and prosperous new year to you all

John Cross will be out in class A, along with Rob "racing 59". Al Weyman should be appearing in class B a couple of times, along with Steve Weatherley and Peter Wilks. Kris Waite is coming back out in class A with his new toy. Graham Richardson may be moving up to D, whilst Les Beer will probably try and have a car for every class. Eric will no doubt have his "rice" powered machines in full fettle, then there is the retro-sport team.

So we'll be wanting three grids per meeting then?

I bet Eric will be praying for rain. Rice grows well in the soaking wet paddock, oh no, that's paddy fields......

I could drag my old Nova out of the weeds for another class.....

Looking forward to next week when things get cast in stone (or is that plasticine)

Rob.

So. Rich, are you waiting to see which class has the most competitors before deciding which to enter.

Me - I'll be in class E (Don't seem to be many others though)

jason watkins should be out in E, which is where rice, sorry eric, plays with his escort and fiesta.
and im sure les oil smoke beer will come out and play in a E class fiesta at some point whatever car he starts out with, cos he never uses the same one all season, or even twice in a row sometimes!

Guess what boys, Martin has finished my pedal box at last! He only has to make my new accelerator pedal and I can have my car back. Yippee! I can then get out in Class "C" this year. With master spanner man George Newton putting it back together for me, at least I will know it is done correctly! In fact, the way he is going, he is gradually having his hand in quite a few of the TRC cars! Watch out for my first experience with a Turbo-Charged engine. Any tips Graham?
