we are not running this forum according to the needs of your tv schedule. please stay off the internet if you're trying to avoid spoiling yourself!

i saw and heard these cars for the first time today. well i didn't realise it was them for a while, i thought they were using street sweepers or there was a particularly sick helicopter :/ stop this abomination. embrace formula 3 instead.

that's one suggestion, another is to close your ears and embrace a category in which drivers can overtake.

Fabulous drive by Guiteierez (spelling?), will be surprised if Bortalotti holds on to his place. awful defending...

Watched this live on Eurosport.Must be the earlyest motor racing has taken place in UK? Which may account for empty grandstands and full campsites..
Sadly I must agree this is one formula too many. When I used to go programme started with great F3 race with 30+ starters at around 10am.

also the roads were empty! i drove straight in at around the time the race was on! very unusual... people were only just starting to emerge from tents and pottering towards the showers. gp2 got a reasonable crowd, but i guess many people's turning up time coincided with that race.

one thing i've always thought about gutierrez is that he seems to go largely unnoticed as a great future talent outside of the f1 circus - he started his european career right under the f1 noses and has gone back there after a year in the euroseries. can anyone think of anyone else like that?

Not of the top of my head.

Got to see these races on Eurosport (which we get in Oz now ) - Gutierrez sure is a star & made light work of passing a few of the top drivers in race 2... Should make it to F1 if he keeps winning championships - gotta love the Mexican sponsorship $$$ aswell, is talented!

STANDINGS (after 8 of 16)

Esteban Gutierrez - 52
Alexander Rossi - 26
Nico Muller - 23
Rio Haryanto - 21
Robert Wickens - 21
Daniel Morad - 16
James Jakes - 13

Another lacklustre meeting for MW Arden's trio. Could the co-owners' souring relationship be filtering down to the GP3 team, or does it just need better drivers?

Good drive by Morad, I always thought Wickens would be the far stronger of the pair, but Daniel is showing he can drive just as well as his teammate
