Tony Harman should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid

Hi All,
I have got Toca 2 but it won't run on my laptops because the video drivers are not compatible, they do not support the correct z-buffering, one is Neo-magic (Dell) the other is Chipset from Toshiba. I know the game specs particular video cards to use which is fine on a desktop machine but with a laptop you're stuck with what the manufacturer gives you. Does anyone know any work arounds for this problem ?
