Lotus 19 Gearboxes

We know that of the cars built some were equipped with the Colotti type 34 gearbox, some with the Lotus positive stop 'queerbox' and others had different gearboxes.

The Hewland HD5 was designed, per Hewlands sales literature, as a gearbox suitable for 1 1/2 litre and 3 1/2 rear engined cars.

The question is, did any of the Lotus 19 run with the HD4 or HD5 gearboxes in period ?

Walt Hangsen raced in the 7/8/1964 Guards Trophy at Brands with a 4.2 Olds powered Lotus 19, but what was the gearbox ??
