Cam was right though, to avoid the 'Wallys' you have to start further up the grid. |

When Cam achieves as much as JB has in his career he can have his say, in the meantime he should keep his Holden trained mouth shut.

Gotta agree with Stealthy - the fords are a quicker car - and significantly so... EXCEPT for the TWR teams. The questions are over the TWR teams. Some very obvious rule exceptions are still being "addressed", how many other rules are being broken?
Can't deny the talen of the drivers and the teams supporting them, but there has to be something else? |

well there was certainly as Came would say 'wally' incidents in the opening laps.
Cam to qualify ahead of the 'wallies' you have to have the car to do it shame you don't buddy seems you will be playing with the 'wallies' for a while. would love to see Cam throw a 'wally' in during his 'expert comments' in the F1 coverage . IMO GRM are starting to show some good pace Canto ran well Lee was running well shame about whe DNF. JR certainly does do average actually incert ST, Jnr seemed dejected after DJR's apperent as Jnr would say 'balls up' in quali. Last edited by Pro Racer; 21 Jul 2007 at 12:05. |

Doesn't "starting down among the Wallys" make you a Wally?

I wonder if the hit had anything at all to do with Frosty's car going off song. I doubt it unless it knockod off a plug lead but you never know. Anyway come next year these little opportunities will be gone thanks to the learner driver sequential shift option. |

Can't have a Ford winning? Well you do have a bunch of 'moral champions', that's enough. |

Some obsevations after being trackside yesterday..
1: The HRT cars look bloody awesome in the flesh. 2: The Tasman cars DO NOT!. (they go as good as they look ) 3: That would have to be one of the biggest Saturday crowds I have ever seen there. (not sure about a record though ) Even met one chap who came down from Darwin by himself just to be there. Huge effort Mick. 4: Congrats to Wincup during qualifying. Left his mate in his wake again.. 5: The traffic getting out is still a joke. That's one of the reasons why we stopped going on Sundays, but it seems just as bad on Saturdays now! Having plenty of roadworks around the area at this time certainly does'nt help! 6: Was great to have a quick chat with Seto. He seemed to be enjoying himself. He also told us that he will be driving with Pretty come enduro time.. 7: The Jim Beam girls are HOT!! Even with expensive ticket pricing (we pre-purchsed and saved $20 off the gate price), there seemed to be plenty of punters willing to part with their hard-earned. Anyone who says the V8's are not getting bigger need to get themselves trackside. The proof is in the puddin'. (at QR at least) |

bad way to do it, and annoying as he will no doubt get a drive through and he is in my fantasy team, but good to see JC was still going hard on the last lap and hoping to make a pass and pick up some more points.
goes to show the new points system is actually working, as i'm sure under the old system it would have been a case of maintaining station... |
