The Shrew should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
What makes you tick ? R/C Racing

Ever since a lad ive wanted to be a F1 driver (dont a lot of people) the best thing i could do was karting but was just to heavy on the pocket. Now the last 6 or 7 years ive been involved with R/C racing any of you thought about it or ever actually no anythig about it ? When i got involved i couldnt belive the speed, prep work and set up that goes into the cars just like any other form of racing.

Moved to Armchair. Not really a trackside thing. However both Marcus and Chris Y are interested in R/C racing.

I did a bit of R/C Racing in my youth. I wasn't too serious, and my equipment was not the best, but my friend went onto to race at a national level, and had sponsorship all allsorts.

Not that i "race" at all, but have a HPI on-road Nitro 1.5 hp car, wouldn't mind getting an off roader.

Has anyone seen Vicki B H getting her ass whipped by a R/C Car?

If anyone understands this, this is my current main setup:

Xray T2'008
Orion 4800 LiPo
Hara Twister 2.3 ESC
Team One Magnum (CO27 based)
Scanner SSV-9764
KO Helios w/Spektrum

Looking at getting an Associated B4 and trying some regionals later this year though.

I don't own a proper racing R/C car but it does look a lot of fun. The nearest track to me is Stonehaven, which hosts the British GP every year. I may join up when the funds are there.
