Damon should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Edited F1 2001 Cars

Just take a look at these cars made for F1 2001 by Ralf Hummerich (the bloke that makes all the great GP3 cars)...

Mmmm. They really are impressive, aren't they?

I'm still enjoying GP3 (having only got it cheap a couple of months back), but in your opinion Damon, how do the two games compare? (I daresay this has been covered before, but......).

I've only atually got the PS2 version and it is superb, although overall I prefer GP3. The graphics are stunning (as you can see)in F1 2001 and it has many other very cool features like proper stop-go penalties, interective pit stops where you can stall and the crew make mistakes and pretty much everything we wanted from GP3. The only thing lacking is that F1 2001 doesn't 'feel' the same. You don't feel like you are truely in control of the car as you do in GP3 and that is the only reason I prefer GP3. F1 2001 with GP3's feel would be the perfect game.

Thanks Damon. I reckon I'll stick with GP3 for the time being. Maybe I'll pick up F1 2001 in about a year's time when it's a third of the curtrent price!! (My usual trick!!).
