What do you mean "shame Asmer won't be here" - who's the guy in the number 3 car with a name that looks suspiciously like "Marko Asmer"?

You know Mathias, I think that'd be Marko Asmer. I think he'll do quite well from the British F3 entries, btw.
PS - is there any chance of merging this poll thread and the other Marlboro Masters thread please? |

That's just what I asked, Suze (and I do know who you are... nyah-ha-ha-ha-haaaaaa!), in the apparently duplicate thread without the poll.
I'm behind Mr Consistency Marko Asmer (if he is gonna be there). Lewis is obviously going to be the favourite though, but I reckon the pressure will get to him, and he'll make one of those silly driving errors that failed to endear him to me in 2003/4. Incidentally, did you here Marko being interviewed at Thruxton? Kimi Raikkonen sound-a-like or what! Somebody give him some inflexion training - gotta get some feeling and excitement into that boy's voice. |

only one word - stalker!!
I think Lewis will win - yes he can / does make silly driving mistakes but so far this year his form's been good (even if he was lucky to still win at Monaco having hit the barriers!). I can't see Marko winning it but I can see him being "up there." And no, I didn't hear Marko (nor anyone else for that matter) being interviewed at Thruxton. |

[response to private joke] I was there and so I'm not trying to make a fool out of you though that would be quite amusing.... [end of response]
back onto topic, how do you think someone like ryan lewis (who isn't shining shining through in brit f3) will compare to the euroseries guys? will he shine on the bigger stage or flop spectacularly? |

I'm sorry, something went wrong here, I first thought he wasn't coming, but later found out he was, so I wanted to edit my post, but I didn't work out! Sorry!

Pleased to see more people than I expected are backing Rossiter. |

It was only a joke that O'Mahony will win, but I suppose he could if something strange happens, like a 20-car pile up at the first corner. He is actually doing quite well in my opinion, I didn't expect him to be picking up points finishes as regularly as he is, but he won't be a contender for the masters.

even last year it was clear that if you didnt have an asm car you would do well to get a podium. thankfully last year, jamie greens asm spent more time in the gravel which opened up a place on the podium for carroll, the only guy who could actually see alex and eric as they raced off into the distance. i expect hamilton to be able to stop off for some surfing halfway through this race thanks to the utterly more superior machinery he has access to. rossiter will come third.

i shan't curse anybody by voting or saying who i think's going to win. if i say one person because i want someone else to win, they'll win, and then if i say who i want to win, then they'll be cursed and they won't win.
i really really want "...." to win, but "...." is going to win anyway. there. |

Furthermore, it has never been suggested that Sutil is a slouch. Barring some freak occurance or brain fade from Hamilton, he will undoubtedly blitz the feild at the Masters. |

Don't get wrong me Lewis is a brillaint driver, I'm not taking that away from him but he is not as good as it appears. Or should I say if others were in ASM cars then they wouldn't be AS far behind as they are at the moment.
