Laguna Seca SBK wildcards

Only 3 this year;

86 - Mat Mladin (Suzuki)
87 - Aaron Yates (Suzuki)
88 - Eric Bostrom (Kawasaki)

What happened to the American Honda's, i was looking forward to seeing how Ben Bostrom would go..

How do we think Mladin and Yates will go, their bikes are said to be more developed than Lavilla's. As for Eric Bostrom, is there really any point to him being there, considering he'll have to to race with 750cc, as opposed to the 825cc(?) he uses in the AMA's.....

Well better than 2001, anyway. Strange how both the British and US wildcards seem to have bottled it when the chance to test their mettle has come up. Strange since they usually produce a good showing...

Aaron Yates has struck me as a very good racer from what I have seen of him on Motors TV. Shame Ben Bostrom aint out there tho - has he lost that much confidence in himself that he cant risk not doing well?

Bostrum was on the 750cc last year and look how well he hung with Bayliss/Edwards battle last year!!!! I think he'll be up there, maybe not challenging for the win but he'll be a factor, podium maybe?
