Your best Sim Racing lap times?
This has never really taken off for anything other than GPL but a thread for GT4 was started not so long ago.
With the need to now close the GPL one due to its massive length and to also inject some new life into this very important personal pursuit to be the best at a given sim (  ) this new thread has been created.As with the Online thread this is for all games/sims, but I can't see it taking off properly for anything other than GPL and the Gran Turismo series. |

Any idea how that lap time rates Nicky? Do you reckon you're fast or slow
I don't have GT4 (if I had a PS2 then I would though), so I'm just interested to know really... |

maybe a few tenths off a quick time for that type of car as I ran wide at the end of sector 1.

It always surprises me that I used to struggle for ages to get negative, eventually getting to within a measly couple of tenths, maybe even a few hundredths. Then, all of a sudden you break through that barrier and go negative by half a second.......

meh .. gpl would have been effing awesome had they used the group c and 3.5l cars instead of cigars :| then sold patches/expasnsion packs that would have every sports car/lemans series at the end of that season. oh, wait, back to reality ...
gt4 infineon sports car course - peugeot 905 '92 1:14.311 greasy r4/r3s on a light fuel load durning the 2 hour and 45 minute endurance race. |

Negative at Silverstone now as well! Its as you say Aysedasi. I'm about 2 tenths off at Kyalami so hopefully that one should fall soon. Rank is down to +96 now as well so I've got no more goals this weekend!

Keep up that progess Scott and you could easily be negative overall in as little as a week or two..... How much of that +96 is the Ring - a large percentage, I guess?

67 seconds of that is the ring. I haven't tried it for about three months. I can't work out how I can find another 7 seconds at Spa. I always feel like I'm flat out there.......
