That can be solved with a 3-second delay between push to boost. |

I like that there is a reply push to pass, otherwise it will just be like DRS in F1. Also it means the driver has to be more selective when using it.

I don't think DRS has resulted in all that much additional passing. Assume PtP could be programmed to prevent "car in front" from enabling PtP at any predetermined time interval after "car immediately behind" enabled PtP. Would surely result in more passing.
Driver in front would have to be very selective about using PtP, as he would only be guessing about when the guy behind is going to utilize it. |

There's certainly been less overtaking, at least on speedways, this year. I've missed a couple of the road course rounds, so I can't really speak to that...
