the season so far!
well it's 6 rounds in and the Vauxhall strangle hold has yet to be broken but we are seeing challenges from MG, Peugeot and even Honda are getting close! however Proton have been a bit disapointing especially as they have a highly experienced team and from what i've gathered a large budget, they could try to plead that theyve had little testing but so have Honda!
another interesting fact is that Aaron Slight is joint leader in the independants cup! not bad for someone with little car racing experience to belevel with Tim Harvey! also i think congrats are in order for Team B&Q and especialy Jim Edwards Junior, the teams currently 4th and Jim is 3rd in the Production class! If the season continures like this it should be one of the best seasons in recent years, lets just hope the other manufacturers can get on the pace of Vauxhall! |
