Please, can someone clarify me if ACO GTE are allowed in the 24hr? According to the rulebook the GT3 can run but there aren´t any mentions to the GTE.

As far as I know: 911 GT3 RSR -> ACO GTE , 911 GT3 R -> FIA GT3

Yes in the experimental classes. Can't remember off the top of my head the lettering that denotes this class something like EXP-1 or similar.
They are heavily BOPed though making an GT3 R the more competitive car.

E1XP and E2XP I believe are the experimental classes. The Glickenhaus P4/5C runs in E1XP and the BMW M3 GT2's that won overall (2009/2010?) were also in E1XP.

Farnbacher entered their GT2 Ferraris in SP7 and SP8 though, the 430 in SP7 in 2010 and the 458 in SP8 in 2011 based on engine size. And the last time Manthey entered a GT2-spec car in 2011, it was also entered in SP7.

Looser rules in those classes however allow enhancements like Farnbacher ran on their 458 (proper diffuser vs the GT2 spec one).

There is no specific class for GTE cars (like SP9 is for GT3), but they should usually fit into one of the SP classes.

Gazoo racing is an official racing team owned by Toyota.
However, it is not a works team for winning.
It is a program for publicizing pleasure of car culture.

This LFA looks to me like it will be going for the overall win though
