no. he isnt prove any point yet.bamber need to win a championship big class before to have gone to europe or a1gp.in my opinion champion asia v6 is more important than a1gp race in malay.

if he miss shanghai v6 round who is gonna race meritus? alex yoong? simon moss? ross jaminson?

Albeckinho should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
I lol'd. Winning Formula V6 Asia isn't so valuable, really. He won the second race of Formula Master in Imola after finishing 7th in the first one. He got 2nd and 6th from GP2 Asia in Shanghai. In A1GP he was 2nd and 3rd in Holland and before those he has been runner up in Formula Toyota (10 wins, 10 poles, 15 podiums and 10 fastest laps in 23 races) and Formula BMW Asia champion (10 wins, 9 poles, 14 podiums, 5 fastest laps in 19 races) amongst his other achivements.

So what he needs to do before doing full seasons in Europe? Win all the remaining GP2 Asia races, win the FV6 and maybe snatch the Asian F3 title too? Gimme a break, FV6 with something like 8 cars on the grid is a big joke, period.

Earl Bamber should concentrate on winning the GP2 Asia. He can win the title. That will get him the nod and maybe a drive in GP2 proper. Next thing you know he is an F1 driver. Forget FV6A.

F6 Asia is not a big series. It's a crap series with 8 cars. I dunno why it is even there still.

Gp2 Asia is where he needs to be focusing on, then maybe gp2 next season. Then all of a sudden he is in the F1 frame.

Earl Bamber was in Sepang racing for New Zealand in A1GP. He finished third in the sprint race.

James Grunwell indeed won the championship, but I wonder what good it is going to do for him.
