The tinned stuff isn't the real deal of course, but for those camping, stick a couple in your trolley at Super U...it really warms you up in the cold. |

I had been planning on taking a tinned curry for the Sunday evening collapse at the tent, but this sounds tempting so might have to change plans |

Hmmm, the thought of a bowlful of sweat-inducing curry at about 3 or 4 am on Sunday is actually quite tempting......

Fortunately for me since an early age hangovers have always seemed to have effected my bowels rather than my head, wake up feeling great but stomach soon starts to complain about what happened the night before

A British variant of tartiflette made here for some Sebring sustenance (and God knows it's been needed), replacing Reblochon with Wigmore (best of the mature soft cheeses I could find in Neal's Yard on Friday) and using some Gloucester Old Spot bacon for lardons.
Reckon if we put our mind to it we could do something along these lines at Le Mans this year. Warning - linked photo gallery contains images of cheese. |

Obviously if we get a lot of hungry fellow 10thers coming to visit size might be important. |

Perhaps there should be a Ten-Tenths Tartiflette Cook-Off, with judging at the Saturday morning meetup.
