Just read an article on BBC News (partly quoted above) and was shocked to see that nearly 900 people work for Prodrive. 900!? -- what do they all do? Is is just me that find this amazing or what...

The founder Dave Richards has been awarded a CBE this year.

Prodrive also do work for many companies road car projects.

...all the more impressive when you consider that MG-Rover, the 'former UK car industry', employs about 5-6000!...

Prodrive also includes Tickford these days, which has a large "hotup" business in conjunction with the Ford factory here in Australia... and a racing team for the V8Supercar category....
