DTV Results
Apologies for the general post; please can someone confirm the year that the HS or HSR DTV Chevettes won the BRC?? I think it was '79, with either Chris Schlater of Pentti Arikkala but I am happy to be proved wrong!!
If there's anyone out there that can post some of the relevant Firenza or Magnum or Chevette results that would be great!! |

Yes it was 1979 and it was Pentti Airikkkala. The BRC was then known as the "RAC Open Championship"

Brilliant, thanks. I thought that was the case but needed someone to confirm it for me, had a lot of magazines and people asking me this week and I was never interested in the rally side of DTV really!!
Thanks for the links, I have looked at most already but always good to be reminded!! As an aside, I don't suppose anyone knows any details on the Nissan rallycars that Bill used to run; was it the 240RSs? |
