If my calculation is right only Hansen, Larson or Jernberg can be champion of the 2007 ERC!! Jernberg’s only chance to win is for him to win if Hansen and Larsson do NOT get to the A-final!! Is that right rx guru?

Nope! Jernberg has 110 points now. If he wins the final ERC round he gets another 20 – but must drop 7. That would be 123 and Hansen has already 124. Without a miracle (they happen sometimes in the ERC, see Eriksson’s result in Poland…) it is only a question of Hansen or Larsson. Sorry! Who do I think will become the 2007 European champion? Hansen or Larsson!

By the way, is the meaning of the name Jernberg (like Järnberg) Ironhill?

Just noticed on ERC24 gallery in the bottom corner that Hansen put his C4 through a tirewall? anyone know what happened there?

Yeah he got tangled with Andreas Eriksson, Larsson DNF, well done to George Tracey 10th fastest, Evans 12th.

Looks like Hansen's luck ran out, it's a shame we didn't see a fight for the championship in the A Final today.

Isachsen brought in a protest against Eriksson. Looks like a desperate attempt to keep the third place in the championship. Very sportsman like of him

The protest was against the sidebars on Eriksson's Fiesta, that's pretty desperate to say the least. Glad to see the stewards threw it out without hesitation.

No he is just fed up with running as no.4. Isachen is building a new car for '08 maybe he was wanting to do the same as Eriksonn ( I think Erikkson runs his rollcage into the sills of the car to add to the strength of the bodyshell) and protested to see if it was legal or not for his new car
