Anyone hearing if Speed will be streaming online qualifying or the 2 hours of the race they are breaking away for NASCAR?

I haven't seen news on that during my research earlier. Not at speeds nor at rlm website.

And also, is Speed continuing the online streaming of live onboard feeds from last year?

I haven't seen infos on that during my research either. But since Speed announced that they want to block foreign access it might not be possible to watch from here anyway.

Also if someone finds other channels feel free to add em here

Though I haven't seen an announcement about either, I am fairly sure streaming of qualifying is back - as there is an advertisement for it on the sidebar at SPEEDTV.com. I don't know about SPEED's Onboard Pass, as I think that may have been dependent on funding, which was coming from Acura's advertising department and there is nothing coming out of there this year. I think SPEED will have streaming video on their website with RLM audio when the cable channel is off in NASCAR-land.

Let's hope this is true. It's killing me not to be there this year. I can live without the in-cars, but quali and the 2 hrs of NASCAR break are a must.

Might be stuck with hoping for the 2 hour break being streamed, the bulb in the HD set blew this morning. $200 bucks and not sure if it can be here by Friday.

Yes, a live "Q"ing stream at all SpeedTv rounds is on he agenda. Not sure about the gap in tv coverage, but I, like you, would think it is highly likely to be streamed, but....
I'll be listening to Hindy for the duration anyways!

SpeedTV states following for Qualifying Live stream:
03/19/2010 | Sebring | Sebring, FL - 1:45pm ET/10:45am PT
This translates to 1845 CET and 1745 BST. Also I have to check above posted speedtv times again since I completely forgot about the daylight savings which kicked in last weekend.
At the moment Florida is only 4h away from BST and 5h away from CET.
I just hope they don't make this stream America only.

Edit:
Speed TV / BST / CET / http://www.speedtv.com/
Saturday, 20th / 1400-1600 / 1500-1700 / Sebring 12h
Saturday, 20th / 1800-0300 / 1900-0400 / Sebring 12h

Last edited by Andy77; 16 Mar 2010 at 13:11. Reason: Edit thanks to daylight savings

For those of us in the US this is helpful

http://auto-racing.speedtv.com/artic...ring-coverage/

Speed will have speed on board pass and one of those streams will revert to the full Sebring race coverage whilst speed TV broadcast is away for 2 hours covering NASCAR

I hope MotorsTV doesn't all but mute the ambient sounds from Sebring like they did during the Petit Le Mans broadcast last year. Made it a lot less enjoyable watching the race.

hopefully the streams will be better this year than last year, had a lot of problems last year with things not working, especially RLM, hopefully these problems dont pop up again this year.
