Thats great news! How much will this have affected the power output though? Also what are the chances of the Saleen taking a outright win?

Both GNM and Konrad are pushing forward with 6 litre cars but it looks like a no no for the Vipers

I wonder how the spec wing will affect the df of the Saleen? What I also find interesting about this, is that the Saleen could not compete in outright speed (read qualifying) with the AGT's by the end of the year with the 7litre. Then again, the Saleen usually has much better reliability then the AGT cars. (Save the Gentilozzi entry at Daytona last year).
The other factors that they will have to deal with may be the new Mosler that has been designed specifically for the GA GTS class. I certainly wish them luck, it would be great to see them stick it to them, despite the rulesmakers best attempts to keep them away. |

Has the Mosler been designed for the GTS class? When I saw it race it was in the GTO class of the British GT series which is the eqivilant of the GT class of the ALMS or the NGT class of the FIA GT Championship.

The Mosler raced last season in the GT class at Daytona but will race (in upgraded spec) in GTS in 2003.
It will race in original spec in Brit GTs in GTO |
