The European racing scene is successful, yes, but is already overcrowded.

And the american market isn't crowded? Even if CC gets a 1.0 rating for all 14-16 races they have, most of the teams still will not land a sponsordeal for $5 million. Simply because Nascar Busch would be a way better deal.
