Is that 'no bail' for sure? I mean, if it is, is new way of implementing law - guilty untill proven innocent???

And, that's not the only thing that bothers me on this. There is more to it. I've allways considered F1 as some kind of pioneering in automotive industry. And being a pioneer was allways dangerous. Basicaly, whole F1 is about experimenting at 300+km/h. And the winner is the guy whose experiment proved best. It's in nature of experiment to be dangerous. As soon as you're a part of the experiment, you're in danger, and for that reason I can't accept the idea that someone is going to jail just because experiment didn't work. Sure, the consequences can be rather heavy, but everybody involved in it new about the danger.
I can accept that there are thorough investigations to find out why it happened, but, if there was no intention and/or negligence there can be no criminal responsibility. And, if there is no criminal responsibility, you can't just put people in jail.

Or can you???

this is creepy for a new law, so why not simply place an addendum for bail, especially if you are EU rsident? (i suppose you can extend this to Canada and the US-relations and tourist trade and all that)
