scudd should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
2012 Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge

this year's season kicks off with free practice tomorrow from Mallala.

first time in 3 years i won't be involved but will be keeping a close eye on lap times and results. sunday will be live on the net.

will bobik finally take the title?

will rose dominate in a old 996?

will trende take his very quick quali pace into a race and finish? though i must say he had some great results towards the end of last year.

will knight stop making excuses and win some races instead of taking up too much tv time for no real reason?

Should be good to see what times the boys do, Krashos is back this weekend so he will be fast as always. I think Rose will be quick... Trendy has a new rig and I hear that Goodacre has been super fast in testing being a home track for him too. Jodi and Knighter nearly twisted my arm to race against Rose in the 3 way 996 battle with Jennings but I'm off to play VW's in sepang this weekend

Good number of cars on the grid 22 (19x 997's, 2x 996 and 1 x 996 gt3r) there might be a surprise or 2 in store with all the new guys in the series.

cheers

Congrats to Mozzy on his first win, Champion effort. Other standouts in Bobik and Goodacre, Trende had a damaged tyre which ruined his run. Michael Almond ran with the old bulls and showed great pace and race craft better than his rookie status suggests.

That was hard work, I'm getting a cool suit

nice work from modystach to secure 3 wins from 3 starts on the weekend.

trende crashed again and has blown his title chances.

bobik has given modystach a big lead already.

rose high up the placings as expected and will go to PI with confidence.

you can't miss scoring solid points every race in this series or else it is very hard to win it.

And 2010

No, fittingly mine has been put out to pasture for a well deserved rest and will be run by a local club guy at Porsche club level.

Though he may do the qld round of cup challenge at QR.
