Peter S should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Section 1.6.3 of the Rallycross Open Championship regulations:

1.6.3. Common regulations
All of the qualifying rounds will be timed and the fastest driver in each Heat will be awarded 1 point, the second fastest 2 points, and so on. Those drivers who did not complete the Heat will be credited with 80 points; those drivers who did not start the Heat will be credited with 90 points; those drivers who were excluded from the Heat will be credited with 95 points. Only those drivers having completed one heat and having been credited with at least one time will be admitted to the Finals.

Cool I figured there must be something different in the regs - so as long as you finish 1 heat you're ok for the finals.

winnie has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!
Does anybody know if Mike Manning turned up, or was it the organisers dreaming again. Last time i saw Mike he was fed up and trying to sell the Puma. Would love him to return with new Fiesta and 500bhp rwd.

No, he and the Puma were there, but mech. problems kept him out until the third heat. Then he ended up in a three way crunch with Mad Mark and Andy Grant, with Grant coming off worse.
