January social evening
South Midlands next social evening will be on Tuesday January 26th in The White Horse, Silverstone village. Our guest speaker will be Desmond Smail, Des is a regular in Historic Saloons and Aston Martin GT4 cars, he has also had some historic rally experience and has driven to the North Pole.
As usual the evening will start at 8pm and all marshals are welcome. |

Des also raced in National Saloons for Mardi Gras Motorsport in the late 90s

a great evening to start off the new season. Des was full of stories, and shared a few absolute corkers with us all in a very relaxed atmosphere. The banter didn't stop when Darren Turner did the second shift and we only stopped as the bar was about to close . . .
