the super toures were not slow
this is what I mean, the wheels were inside the main body and somewhat protected NGTC they are not protected at all, sticking outside of the main body with no real protection as Turks bitterly found out Last edited by porsche962fan; 23 Nov 2017 at 22:43. |

but even so more protected wheels is a good step, who knows maybe Turks would have survived Race 3 |

In terms of race length, other than 2017 all of his previous few seasons have been spent in the junior Kuhmo V8 Series & V8Supercar Development Series which both have short sprint races as the norm, so he's very used to short sprint race formats.

It is actually. Large grid, great diversity in makes and models, multiple drivers battling it out for the championship untill the last weekend every year, entertaining races. Of course this isn't good enough for you, but to me as a foreign viewer from a country who's national Motorsport has pretty much vanished that's pretty darn great. You might not realise it or maybe you just like the negativity and attention too much, but you should be a bit happier and more proud of what you have there. Try to enjoy the good bits a bit more rather than enlarging the bad bits all the time and one day you might see that...

You think it's bad now? Wait until they bulldoze Zandvoort so that they can host modern F1

I think you don’t really understand the economics of how modern motor racing really works, the unofficial “taxes” and how it all gets shared out...

Beef them up and the energy has to go somewhere else where it's likely to cause far more damage and potentially put the car out of the whole meeting rather than one race. |

I myself have really enjoyed the most competitive season for a long time in 2017 for the BTCC. The only problem is, how 2018 follows that. Hopefully it should be at least almost as good

The new owner (one of the Dutch princes) is both a good business man as a Motorsport enthousiast, so I've got good hopes. Perhaps were drifting a bit too much off topic though?

Well aware of that, cheers. 3 races in a day? Front-wheel-drive? Slightly different.

What happens now with MG? There can't be many drivers who would want a seat there for 2018 after their performance this season...?
I'm assuming we're going to get a TBL list very soon like last year? |
