Does nationality have anything to do with it though? Do german people really care that it's Mercedes? They said 90,000 fans went to go see MotoGP at Sachsenring, no german manufacturers. If you want to say it was because of Stefan Bradl, well F1 has many more german drivers (Vettel, Rosberg, Sutil, and the Hulk). So if it's not the german drivers or the german manufactuturers who are bringing Germans to race tracks then...
