Stone-kicker should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
JCC at Donington Park

The JCC's Donington meeting is rapidly approaching and we are quite desperate for flags and observers. We have a full programme or races for the following classes:-

JCC Tom Rowe Centurian Challenge 51 laps
JCC “Gold Arts” 100K Championship 32 laps
“Drayton Manor Park” MG Metro Cup 15min
TR Register 15min
Top Hat “Cloth Cap” Race 45min
Top Hat “GTA” Race 45min

If you can help us out, please contact me at the address below.

Also, I have recently found out that our Silverstone meeting on 3rd May is on the International Circuit as the Club straight is closed for a new bridge to be constructed. This will of course mean that the number of marshals required will be greater than for a normal “clubbie”. Again, any help anyone can offer would be greatly appreciated.

Regards,
Chris Salt.

There's two great reasons to marshal at this meeting!
1: You'll get a tenner to spend on Bacon Butties in ES Sign-on
2:You can witness yours truly making a complete T*T of himself as Chief Flag for the first time

Sorry we'll miss them: We're off to Anglesey for the weekend for the first one and the second we'll be at Oulton for the first BSB meeting.

Is JCC helping with the organising of the Leinster meeting at Anglesey over the 10&11 May weekend?

I'll be at Anglesey too, hopefully on the Sunday.
The JCC don't have anything really to do with the Irish Festival, it's organised by the LMC - best contacting E.P. if you want contact info etc

Linked to the JCC - honest

Just looking at my exam timetable, the day after my exams finish the JCC hits Oulton - so that looks like it'll be my first experience on the banks.
Only problem is I'll still be 17 (by 1 day), so have to try and get the parental signature! Wish me luck then
PS - other problem is passing the driving test in time.

asp - when you sign on with Nadine, ask her if you can go with Steve Morrell, as he's one of the best I.O.'s to start off with - and you have a good laugh - you won't want to get on post with me as you'll be looking for signature!
