Sheepishly he typed in the question....

My son and I did many laps of Oulton on the playstation today....one thing that continually caused wonderment was the huge left pointing arrow sign just before the chicane (which then goes right!!)

Looks like a single file exercise to punch through this little flip fop?

The main straight is very long, thank goodness for good brakes, I hear the Drivers all saying - do most cars get to hit the rev limiter???(we called it valve bounce in our days!!)

I know, I need to get a life...but I have to wait till early June for my next Marshaling fix due to pressure of work and I have to do something to keep me amused!!!!!

Hi all,

I'll be racing in the FF's at this meeting in the post 86 race in a blue and white swift, number 88. If anyone wants to pop over so i can put a face to the name it would be good. There is also another 88 in the pre 87 class just incase there is a mix up.

I also raced last season in a blue van diemen, number 46.

Anyway hope to see you all there,
David

A draft timetable is on the BRSCC HQ website, via the links for Latest News & then results:

http://www.mst-group.co.uk/timetables/2004/41731.pdf

9 qualifying seessions & 9 races - it looks good!

I'm graded as "Course" so I'm guessing I'll be down as "Incident".

As this is my 1st trip to OP can you tell me where Sign on is and where to park. I'm guessing I go through the main gate.

We got our final instructions today, Monday, and there is a double sided sheet of paper with a list of all the officials of the meeting; it also tells you which pass(es) you need to use to get into the circuit and, depending on your duty, where to sign on.

This year Incident are nice and warm in the café.
